You may be eligible for a refund for your NexiBot Premium subscription under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal.
  • The service has not been extensively used (e.g., excessive use of Premium features during the refund period).
  • The request is due to a verifiable issue with the service, such as failure to deliver promised features.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period.
  • Subscriptions canceled after significant use of Premium features.
  • Refunds requested due to a change of mind or failure to understand the service's functionality, unless within the 7-day period.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service, resulting in suspension or termination of access.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team via the Support page.
  • Provide your purchase details, including the order ID and date of purchase.
  • Explain the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Any taxes or fees imposed by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the NexiBot dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the request meets the eligibility criteria above.
